Para maior gest\u00e3o do seu fluxo de caixa, a empresa cliente negocia com o FIDC esses cr\u00e9ditos futuros em troca de um pagamento \u00e0 vista. O FIDC passa ent\u00e3o, a ser credor definitivo dos t\u00edtulos negociados.<\/p><p>Os direitos credit\u00f3rios adquiridos s\u00e3o o principal ativo de um FIDC e podem ser origin\u00e1rios de opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas nos segmentos financeiro, comercial, industrial, imobili\u00e1rio, de hipotecas, de arrendamento mercantil e de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os.<\/p><p>Os FIDCs s\u00e3o regulados e fiscalizados pela Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
